when you plunder someone you get a lot of resources. Since you are not in my league and you are not friendly to my league I have no reason not to. I am doing what I must to keep my city rising. even if that means taking out others...

I know, we are in war with YIwar now, but check out this guy's location..so many dead sheeps there instead of plundering me..
